Location delivers a quiet charm, nestled at the intersection of two waterways, offering views that remind you you're in a classic Italian setting. The building's rich history of 400 years, combined with antique furnishings, creates an inviting atmosphere that nostalgia seekers will appreciate.
Heat management can be tricky. The AC switches off when you leave, and returning to a warm room isn't pleasant-especially in high temperatures. Room types can be misleading. Breakfast lacks variety-stale pastries and minimal options. Expect no fresh fruit and limited cereals. The bed is quite firm, which may not suit those who prefer a softer sleep surface.

We got GOOD services and a reasonably large, huge room with the view. The breakfast was savoury and well presented with the ghastly coffee and proper cappuccino. Location: the hotel was so close to wonderful neighborhoods for walking and eating and Sao Marco square and the Coffeys shop.

view looking over sea was the reason we booked queen room. the location of the hotel was incredible and wonderful, fantastic right beside the grand canal.

The room was small, with a poor shower setup. I upgraded to a triple, but still got a double with no proper bathroom. Absolutely unacceptible. I asked for extra eggs at breakfast, and they charged me! I almost gave a good review, but here we are. Don't waste your time here if you seek actual quality.

A warm welcome to a beautiful building in an excellent location.
Breakfast a bit limited in range the first day though it was much better the next. Some fruit would have been a welcome option.

charming, charming, charming
The breakfast, filled with good options every morning, was a perfect start to my days. The location was ideal. Just a short walk to the Zattere waterbuses and GelatiNico, my favorite gelato spot!
do recommend 😊❤️

The view over the Giudecca canal was magnificent.
I found the shared bathroom situation a bit inconvenient, especially with the limited hot water. The mattress was overly firm. The breakfast lacked variety, and there were no options for fresh fruit.

I truly loved my stay. The staff was wonderful, and even though I had the flu...their help got me through! The location is superb, the breakfast and dinner were delightful. I have nothing to say but superlatives!

Savoury breakfast with the ghastly coffee and proper cappuccino, as example, good location. Bright twin room with private bath, a surprisingly comfortable bed plus a very beautiful view...
